Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada. For orders under $100 CAD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
Candles are heavy and costly to ship, so we cover a portion of the shipping costs to help keep rates fair and affordable for our customers.
Every Emberwood Cottage Co. candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully packaged from our studios in Millbrook, Ontario and Kahshe Lake, Muskoka. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, though processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with delivery details.
Delivery Times
Ontario: Typically 1–3 business days after shipment.
Canada: Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
